Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Colorify Fun mobile application (the "App") operated by Colorify Fun ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Colorify Fun is a mobile application that allows users to:
Certain features are available to free users subject to a daily generation limit. Premium subscribers receive unlimited access and additional features.
The App may generate a pseudonymous device token stored in your iOS Keychain to authenticate API requests. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. You agree not to share, transfer, or reverse-engineer this token.
Free users are subject to a daily limit on AI line-art generations. This limit resets every 24 hours. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID account at the price shown at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy at support.apple.com/billing.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the App after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain all ownership rights to photos and artwork you create using the App. By submitting a photo for AI processing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your line-art result.

We reserve the right to refuse processing or terminate access for violations of this section.
All App content, code, design, and AI models (excluding your user content) are the property of Colorify Fun and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorify Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 7, 8, 9) will do so.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
