Colorify Fun ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our mobile application Colorify Fun (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Photos and images: When you use the AI line-art generation feature, you may select or capture a photo. That image is sent to our server solely to generate a line-art result and is not stored permanently.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: We collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., feature interactions, session duration) to improve the App.
• Device information: Operating system version, device model, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
• Daily usage counter: We store a local record on your device to track your daily free generation limit. This data never leaves your device.

1.3 Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may collect a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase history. We do not receive or store your payment card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the AI line-art generation service.
• To manage your subscription status and enforce daily usage limits.
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• To communicate important updates about the App (if you have opted in).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Image Processing

Images you submit for line-art generation are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our API server (api.aicoloringfun.com). Images are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers after the result is returned to your device. We do not use your images to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Device Permissions

• Camera: Used only to let you capture a photo for coloring. We do not access the camera without your action.
• Photo Library (read): Used only to let you select a photo for coloring. We do not access other photos.
• Photo Library (write): Used only to save your finished artwork to your device. We do not upload saved artworks.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Colorify Fun.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted by the operating system.
• App preferences and usage counters are stored in UserDefaults on your device.
• All network communications use HTTPS/TLS.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• RevenueCat – subscription management: revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store – payment processing: apple.com/legal/privacy

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
